Meet Your Chiropractor.

Dr. Michael Stern
Dr. Michael Stern was born and raised in Key West, Florida, where he was introduced to chiropractic care after his mother was involved in a car accident. After trying several different doctors and medications to treat her chronic headaches, neck, and low back pain, Dr. Stern's mother saw dramatic improvement in her condition after a trial of chiropractic care. Seeing firsthand the grand effects that chiropractic can have on somebody's quality of life, Dr. Stern started on his journey to bring quality chiropractic care to his community. Following high school, Dr. Stern attended Florida State University where he received his bachelor's degree in exercise physiology and a minor in general business.
Dr. Stern received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences in St. Petersburg, Florida. During his time in chiropractic school, Dr. Stern had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients from all walks of life. He served America's veterans during a 10-week clerkship rotation at the C.W. Bill Young VA Hospital in St. Petersburg. He also completed a 10-week sports chiropractic rotation with FSU and FAMU athletics in Tallahassee, Florida. Dr. Stern even volunteered as part of the medical staff for the 2021 USA Track and Field Olympic Trials in Eugene, Oregon where he associated with some of the world's best athletes and physicians. Dr. Stern's approach to recovery and injury care is simple: alleviate the patient's acute pain, train patients to prevent re-injury, and fortify their strength to become better than before.
Conditions We Treat
At our Key West chiropractic office, we provide personalized, hands-on care designed to help you move better, feel better, and get back to the activities you love. Whether you're dealing with long-term discomfort or a recent injury, we offer effective, evidence-based chiropractic treatments tailored to your unique needs.
Back Pain
Back pain is one of the most common reasons patients seek out a chiropractor. We help relieve low back pain, mid-back discomfort, and spinal tension through precise chiropractic adjustments, soft-tissue therapy, and corrective exercises.
Neck Pain
Neck pain can come from posture, stress, or injury. Our approach restores proper alignment, reduces muscle tightness, and improves your range of motion so you can move freely again.
Knee Pain
Knee pain often stems from misalignment in the hips, feet, or lower back. We assess the full kinetic chain and use targeted adjustments and rehab exercises to reduce inflammation and improve joint function.
Sciatica
Sciatica can cause sharp, shooting pain down the leg. Chiropractic care helps relieve nerve pressure, improve mobility, and correct the underlying cause of the irritation.
Hip Pain
Hip pain can limit your ability to walk, work, and exercise. We address joint restrictions, muscle imbalances, and nerve irritation to help restore balanced movement.
Shoulder Injuries
Whether it’s a rotator cuff strain, frozen shoulder, or overuse injury, we provide gentle mobilization, soft-tissue techniques, and targeted rehab to support healing and improve shoulder mechanics.
Headaches & Migraines
Chiropractic care may reduce the frequency and intensity of headaches by improving spinal alignment and decreasing tension in the muscles surrounding the neck.
Sports & Lifestyle Injuries
From active locals to visiting weekend warriors, we treat a wide range of injuries and help prevent future problems through strengthening, mobility work, and personalized performance care.

Cupping uses gentle suction created by special cups placed on the skin to increase circulation, reduce muscle tension, and promote healing. It is commonly used alongside chiropractic care, acupuncture, and dry needling.
No. While both use thin needles, acupuncture follows traditional Chinese medicine principles, while dry needling targets muscles, trigger points, and soft-tissue dysfunction based on modern anatomy and neuromuscular science.
Acupuncture is a gentle, natural healing method that uses very thin, sterile needles placed at specific points on the body. These points help stimulate circulation, calm the nervous system, reduce inflammation, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
